Martin is a man who is 39 years old. He has ALS, and is confined to his wheel chair. Martin's physical abilities are few but it has not stopped him from enjoying his life and his family. He and his wife Cara, (women on the left in red,) have a son, Martin Jr, who is six years old. Both Cara and Martin hope to help people become more familiar with ALS by coming to schools and speaking to students. Two of our English classes participated in this event. They prepared questions for both Martin and Cara. Some of the student's responses to the visit and the answers to their questions are contained within the pages of this wiki.
